Inspector

Inspector / Inspectors

The Ordinary General Assembly elects one principal inspector and one alternate for a two-year term. Re-election is permitted.

Duties

  1. Review the annual Board report and prepare a report on the association’s financial and other performance for the General Assembly.
  2. Review all financial documents and records of the association and prepare a report for the General Assembly.
  3. Report any Board violation of the bylaws to the General Assembly.
  4. The inspector may attend Board meetings without voting rights.
